Color tattoos are attention getters and generally are found on more outgoing people. Pigments have improved over the years and today's colors are more bold and bright. However, what needs to be understood is that the skin is different from person to person and a color that may be bright and bold on one individual may be subdued on another. "Tattooed people are truly colored people."
